Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free tools

SaveIt's URL shortener, QR code generator, password generator, SEO tags generator, and IP lookup are free to use with no payment required. There is nothing to refund on any free tool or free account.

2. Service delivery

SaveIt is a digital, online-only service — there is no physical product and nothing is shipped. Access to every tool is delivered instantly through your browser as soon as you visit the site. Premium access, once purchased, is applied to your account immediately after payment is confirmed.

3. Premium subscription refunds

If you're not satisfied with a Premium subscription charge, contact us within 7 days of that charge and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests made after 7 days from a charge are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel a Premium subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Premium access until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't offer partial refunds for unused days within an already-paid period outside the 7-day window above.

5. Billing disputes

If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank — most billing issues can be resolved directly and faster that way.
