By accessing or using SaveIt Pro in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, or using any tool — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of SaveIt Pro immediately. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SaveIt Pro.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use SaveIt Pro. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent to use our services.

SaveIt Pro provides the following free tools and services to registered users:

• 📱 QR Studio — Generate QR codes for URLs, emails, phone numbers, and text with optional tracking
• 🔐 Password Generator — Create strong, random passwords locally in your browser (not stored on our servers)
• 🏷️ SEO Tags Generator — Generate AI-powered SEO tags for YouTube and Google (stored in browser localStorage)
• 📊 User Dashboard — Manage all your tools, analytics, and account settings in one place

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any impact such changes may have on your use of the platform.

To access the full features of SaveIt Pro, you must register for a free account. By creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with anyone
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access
• Not create more than one account per person unless explicitly permitted

SaveIt Pro is provided for legitimate, lawful purposes only. You may use our services to:

• Shorten URLs for personal blogs, social media, marketing campaigns, or business use
• Generate QR codes for products, events, menus, business cards, or personal projects
• Create strong passwords for your own accounts and personal security
• Generate SEO tags for your own YouTube channel or website
• Track analytics for your own links and QR codes

You are fully responsible for any content, URLs, or data you submit through SaveIt Pro. We reserve the right to review, remove, or block any content that violates these Terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SaveIt Pro. Violation may result in immediate account termination and potential legal action:

• Shortening or sharing URLs that lead to malware, phishing sites, viruses, or harmful content
• Using our tools to distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated requests
• Creating links or QR codes for illegal activities, fraud, or scams of any kind
• Sharing URLs that contain child exploitation material, hate speech, or graphic violence
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt SaveIt Pro's servers or systems
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to abuse our API or generate fake clicks
• Creating accounts to impersonate another person, company, or organization
• Selling, renting, or transferring your SaveIt Pro account to a third party
• Using SaveIt Pro to violate any local, national, or international law or regulation
• Circumventing any security measures, rate limits, or access controls on our platform

When you submit URLs, create QR codes, or use any tool on SaveIt Pro, you confirm that:

• You own or have the legal right to use and share all submitted content and URLs
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property rights
• The URLs do not lead to illegal, harmful, or deceptive content
• You grant SaveIt Pro a limited license to store and process your submitted data to provide our services

SaveIt Pro does not actively monitor all user-submitted content but reserves the right to remove any link, QR code, or data that violates these Terms or is reported by other users. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites that your shortened links redirect to.

All content on SaveIt Pro — including the website design, logo, branding, tool interfaces, source code, graphics, text, and features — is the exclusive property of SaveIt Pro and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from SaveIt Pro's content without written permission
• The SaveIt Pro name, logo, and branding may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or affiliation without consent
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of SaveIt Pro's platform is strictly prohibited

You retain full ownership of any content you submit (URLs, QR data, etc.). By using our services, you grant SaveIt Pro a non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to operate and provide the requested services.

SaveIt Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SaveIt Pro disclaims all warranties including:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content
• Guarantees that defects will be corrected or that the service is free of viruses

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaveIt Pro and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account or data
• Loss of shortened links or analytics data due to technical issues
• Any harm resulting from content on third-party websites linked through our platform
• Service interruptions, downtime, or platform unavailability

Since SaveIt Pro is a free service, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed PKR 0 / USD 0 — as no monetary transaction takes place.

By you: You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon deletion, your account data, saved links, and QR codes will be permanently removed within 30 days.

By SaveIt Pro: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SaveIt Pro at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Upon termination:

• Your shortened links will stop redirecting and become inactive
• Your QR codes linked to our platform will become non-functional
• Your click analytics and history will be permanently deleted
• You will lose access to your dashboard and all saved data

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — shall survive.

SaveIt Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will be updated
• For material changes, we will notify registered users via email
• Continued use of SaveIt Pro after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at saveit.site/terms-of-service/.
